KabuliChana wth Rice


When you are in hurry and you have soaked beans than you have one recipe with rice , so this is totally healthy and you can carry it in your tiffin.

So late's start how to make this recipe.

Ingredients

1 glass water

Cumin seeds
Asafoetida(Hing)
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Cuminseed powder(Dhanajeeru powder)
Salt
KabuliChana powder(Garam masala)


 1 cup rice (washed it in clean water)
 1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana


How to make


  • Soak 1 cup Kabuli Chana before night
  • Next day cook soaked kabuli chana in cooker
  • 1 cup rice washed it with clean water
  • In cooker when oil is heat add some cumin seeds ,then add asafoetida(Hing),
  • add turmeric powder and add boiled kabuli chana.
  • Then add chilly powder , add cumin seeds powder(Dhanajeeru powder) ,and add Kabui chana powder(Garam masala) , add salt (As per your taste)
  • Mix it well and cover the cooker and make 3 whistle or leave it for 15 min on slow flames.


Kabuli chana with rice is ready.

Gujarati Dal Dhokli


Ingredients

1 cup tuver dal

1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
Salt
Jeera powder
Turmeric powder
Chily powder
Oil
Asafoetida(Hing)
Brown Mustard seed(Rai)
Jeggary
1 and 1/2 Lemon

How to make


  • Boil tuver dal in cooker make 3 whistle of cooker.
  • Prepare Dough , take wheat flour in one pan , add salt , oil , turmeric powder,jeera powder,chilly powder and add water and make soft base dough.

  • Now when tuver dal is boiled in cooker 
  • blend it in cooker and put it on gas slow flame  ,and add salt , turmeric powder , cumin seeds powder , jeggery , lemon juice.
  • Now mix it well and leave it and mean while make roti's from dough and cut the roti in small size's
  • Add one by one roti's pieces in dal
  • Now put some oil in small pan when it heat add brown mustard seed(Rai) ,add asafoetida(Hing),add chilly powder and these all add it in dal
  • Mix the dal and cover it and make 2-3 whitshle and you have done


Dal Dhokli is ready , you can enjoy it with rice.

Potato Tomato Sabji


Ingridents

1 big size potato
1 medium size tomato
Oil
Cumin seeds 
Hing
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Salt
Dhana jeera powder
Sugar(optional)

How to make Potato Tomato Sabji

  • In Heat oil add some  cumin seeds , add hing then add turmeric powder and add chopped potato's
  • Now mix it well and cover it and leave it for 5 min.
  • After that if potato's are cooked then add chopped tomato's
  • Add all masala's add chilly powder , dhana jeera powder , add sugar(optional) mix it well.
  • Cover it again for 5-8 min.


Potato tomato Sabji is ready.
