So late's start how to make this recipe.
Ingredients
1 glass water
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida(Hing)
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Cuminseed powder(Dhanajeeru powder)
Salt
KabuliChana powder(Garam masala)
1 cup rice (washed it in clean water)
1 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana
How to make
- Soak 1 cup Kabuli Chana before night
- Next day cook soaked kabuli chana in cooker
- 1 cup rice washed it with clean water
- In cooker when oil is heat add some cumin seeds ,then add asafoetida(Hing),
- add turmeric powder and add boiled kabuli chana.
- Then add chilly powder , add cumin seeds powder(Dhanajeeru powder) ,and add Kabui chana powder(Garam masala) , add salt (As per your taste)
- Mix it well and cover the cooker and make 3 whistle or leave it for 15 min on slow flames.
Kabuli chana with rice is ready.
