Green Whole Mung Sak is made with some couple of ingredients so lets check what is it
Ingredients
1 cup green whole mung
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Green chilly(as per your taste)
2-3 Garlic
Oil
Salt
Hing
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Dhana Jeera powder
How to make this dish
- First you have to boil green whole mung in cooker , if you want you can put whole green mung with water before 3-5 hours OR you don't have time so you can directly boil it in cooker
- In pan add some oil ,add hing , add jeera and add chopped onions
- Let the onions cook when it turns brown add chopped tomato's , add all masala like turmeric powder,dhana jeera powder,chilly powder ,some salt(as per your taste),add garlic paste.
- Mix all that and add some water to cook all masala and onion ,tomato together.
- Cover it for 5 min and add boiled green whole mung in that ,mix well if you need to mung with gravy then add water .
- Again cover it for 5 min and your mung is ready.
For garnishing you can use coriander leafs.
