Poha



Poha is the recipe dish specially for breakfast dish, people make this dish at morning time.

Lets start how to make Poha

Ingredients

1 potato
1 onion
1 tomato(optional)
1 green chilly (as per your taste)
1 lemon
Coriander leafs
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida(Hing)
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
salt
1 bowl poha


  

Poha after wash with clean water

How to make

  • Heat oil in pan add some asafoetida(Hing) ,add chopped onions and chopped potatos ,choppen green chilly, mix it well add pintch of salt now cover it with lead.
  • Now till it boiled wash poha with clean water well.
  • Now when potatos are boil completely and onions turn brown after that dd tomato(optional) ,add masalas turmeric podwer, chilly podwer (as per your taste)(optional because green chilly is already added) , lemon juice ,salt now mix it well and cover it with lead and leave it for 3-4 min.
  • Now add washed poha and again mix it well and again cover it with lead.
Poha is ready for eat. Garnish with coriander leafs and you can eat with some farsan like sev , ratalami sev etc as per your taste.
