Punjabi Chole Masala



Punjabi Chole Masala dish is all's favourite recipe for any time and forever ,so lets start how to make it and which are the ingredients we need in it.

Ingredients

1 cup chole




3 Onions

2 Tomato's
Ginger and Garlic (As per your taste)
Masala's like Turmeric powder,chilly podwer,cumin seeds powder ,
Punjabi chole masala podwer ,salt.
Boil Chole Process
  • First add some water in cooker
  • Boil water and add chole in cooker and close the cooker top head
  • Leave it for 2-3 hours
  • Now open the cooker and add some pintch of salt and close the top head of cooker
  • Start to boil in cooker for 30 min with slow flames
  • Make small slices of onions, tomato's , garlic and ginger.
  • Make fine paste or chop using chopper of onions after that tomato, ginger and garlic.


Now start to make Punjabi Chole Masala

  • Take pan add some oil and add chopped onions and add pintch of salt.
  • Now when onions turn brown add chopped tomato , garlic and ginger in that and stir and mix it well
  • After 3-4 min add all masala's ,add turmeric powder,chilly powder , cuminseeds powder, add some Punjabi chole masala powder which is easily available in market.
  • Now mix it well and add 3-5 medium spoon water to mix it well together now .
  • Leave it for 5 min and cover it with lead
  • Now add boiled chole chana and add salt as per your taste ,stir and mix it well and add 1 cup water and again leave it for 10 min ,cover it with lead.
  • Now after 10 -15 min chole is ready to eat.



For serving add some coriander leafs in it.
