Desi Kadhi



Desi Kadhi is made from Tart yogurt below are the ingredients.


  • Tart yogurt
  • ChanaDal flour (1 medium spoon as per 1 cup tart yogurt)
  • Ghee OR Oil
  • Garlic 3-4
  • Asafoetida(hing powder)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilly podwer
  • Salt
  • Coriander leafs

How to make Desi Kadhi lets make it,

==> First mix Tart yogurt in one deep bowl , mix it till it look like butte milk , add some chana dal flour in that and again mix it well.
==> Make garlic paste ,add garlic paste, some salt (as per taste),
chilly powder , turmeric powder and mix it well.
==> Now put a pan on stove , add some ghee or oil as per your choice
==> When ghee or oil heat ,add some cumin seed after it turn brown , add asafoetida(hing powder) then add garlic paste in that.
==> Mix it for 10 - 20 second and add Tart yogurt with chana dal flour.
==> Add some salt as per your taste now leave it for 1-2 min add some coriander leafs.

Your Desi Kadhi is ready for eat.
